How does your return and exchange policy work?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. ● We do not take back any worn, washed or damaged merchandise including, but not
limited to, makeup, stains, smell, excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
● Based on available inventory: when sending items back for exchange, you may try a
new color or size or even a different style of equal or lesser value. We will be in
contact with you during this process to make it as simple as possible.
● Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return from the day we receive
it.
● All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items
are tagged OVERSTOCK.
